Please note that the estimated delivery Time is from the date of dispatch, not the date that your order is made.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If you are not sure, we’d recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If you fail to pay the required duties, taxes or assessments and the items are returned to us, we will provide you with a refund for the returned products excluding the original delivery costs.
